I understand the artist / band is not an employee of Gargone Productions. Gargone Productions is not responsible for damages of any kind during your scheduled event as the artist / band is performing. Deposit: A $10.00 deposit is required to secure any artist date; the deposit is 100% refundable if the event is canceled for any reason. Final payment is not due to Gargone Productions, any balance due over $10.00 must be paid in full by event date directly to the band you have chosen. A request to cancel must be in writing to info@gargone.com
